Impregnated Core Drill Bits

The range of impregnated drill bits have been engineered to provide drillers with such a product that its qualities are those which drillers most care about, that is, high penetration rate and longest drill life. 

These bits are suitable for medium to hard formations.

Right choice of waterways is one of the key elements to achieve optimum Bit life. Type and Confriguration to be used are two important factors to be considered. Three  aspects that can influence the decision making in this regard are; Number of waterways, Width of waterways, Shape of waterways. 

More number of waterways are employed to obtain more casting ability with less Weight on Bit (WOB). Ideally, Wider Waterways are used for softer formations and vice versa. 

Tapered Waterways

Engagement of this type results in a wear resistant performance of Drill Bit. Also improves flushing.

Face Discharged

Core recovery in fractured formations can increase dramatically with this type.

Parallel Waterways

For solid and medium formations, these are the standard type.

Reaming Shell

PCD(Pollycritalline Compact Diamond) Bits

PCD bits are engineered to achieve high penetration rates in soft to medium formations. We again employ our years long experience in the selection of PCD depending upon the formation.

TC(Tungsten Carbide)Bits

TX Bits cut the same size core as Diamond bits, fitting into the same size barrel; but have octagonal tungsten carbide inserts as cutting edge. It allows fast removal of clay thus perfect for muddy/soft formations

Non coring Bits

Non core rock drilling is a relatively quick and inexpensive means of advancing a boring which can be considered when an intact rock sample is not required.
